FARMHOUSE PODERE BIANCA MARIA – NEPI

The farmhouse is located just half an hour from Rome, near Lake Bracciano and Martignano. With short trips you can visit the Etruscan tombs of Tarquinia as well as those of Sutri and Viterbo with its splendid historic center is also close at hand, about 40 minutes by car.

The apartments of the farmhouse reflect the style of Maremma farmhouses with exposed wooden beams and terracotta floors. Each apartment consists of a double bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom. Externally the apartments have tables and chairs available for outdoor dining and each is equipped with a barbecue. The swimming pool located in the central area of the structure is for the exclusive use of farmhouse guests. The farmhouse is surrounded by greenery, in particular a park with an English lawn of approximately 5000 m2 with centuries-old oak trees and many other varieties of plants surrounds the structures. The Roman pavement of the ancient Via Amerina, still clearly visible in some places, crosses the property and offers the opportunity for walks and excursions.
